Deliveries
All freight shipments (including all Arteflame grills) are delivered curbside only. If you require special delivery arrangements, please contact the carrier directly once you receive your tracking information.
Please note that Arteflame’s freight service does not include placement, setup, or in-home delivery.
A receiver must be present at the time of delivery to accept and sign for the shipment.
Order Processing & Transit Times
Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time, and this also applies to orders placed with expedited shipping.
Estimated Transit Times:
Standard (Parcel): 3–5 business days
Freight: 5–7 business days (the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery)
Weekends & Holidays: Freight shipments do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays unless special arrangements are made.
Delays: If we anticipate any significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Required Delivery Inspection (Freight)
All freight shipments are insured; however, insurance coverage requires that you inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
To ensure proper handling of any damage claims, please follow these steps upon delivery:
Inspect all boxes and pallets carefully, both externally and internally, before signing.
Note any damage — even minor — on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Take clear photos of any visible damage and the packaging.
Keep all packaging materials until the issue is fully resolved.
⚠️ Important: Signing for a delivery without noting damage transfers liability to you and may prevent recovery for undiscovered damages. Do not assume the contents are undamaged just because the cartons look intact.
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email as soon as your order ships. This email will include tracking information, which typically
becomes active within 24 hours.
Shipping Charges & Refused Shipments
If shipping was included (“free”) or discounted (flat rate) at the time of purchase, the actual shipping cost (or the difference for flat-rate shipping) will be deducted from any refund for returned items.
Any refused shipments or orders canceled after shipment will be refunded minus all shipping charges. For full details, please refer to our Returns/Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Damages, Loss, and Claims
We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost:
Freight Shipments: Follow the inspection steps above and ensure all damage is clearly noted on the carrier’s receipt.
All Shipments: Contact the carrier to initiate a claim and notify us within 48 hours so we can assist.
Please preserve all packaging and damaged items until the claim is fully resolved.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, all tariffs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Rates and regulations may vary by country and are subject to change.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility (Within 14 Days)
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for products that are:
- New, unused, unassembled, and in resalable condition. In their original, unopened packaging
 
Approved returns will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Used items cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original condition,
damaged, or missing parts may receive a partial refund. A 35% refinishing fee may apply for products returned in non-sellable condition.
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Email contact@curatedoutdoorspaces.com to request your RMA.
 - Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return box.
 - Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
 - For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item(s).
 
After 14 days, RMAs are not routinely issued.
Late returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may incur a restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be
returned or exchanged:
- Purchases made during a promotion, sale, or at a discounted price
 - Orders placed using a coupon or coupon code No exceptions.
 
Shipping Charges & Refused Deliveries
- If shipping was included (“free”) or discounted at checkout, the actual
shipping cost (or difference for flat-rate shipping) will be deducted from your refund. - Refused shipments or orders canceled after shipment will be refunded minus all shipping costs and may incur additional restocking fees.
 
Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping
insurance for your return.
Parts & Fitment Assistance
We do our best to provide accurate product information, but
part numbers can occasionally change.
If you're unsure about compatibility:

If a part doesn’t fit and meets our return eligibility criteria, returns or exchanges may be available.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
 - Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
 - If your order included prepaid or “free” shipping, the original shipping
cost will be deducted from your refund. 
Any shipping expenses incurred by Curated Outdoor Spaces on your behalf will also be deducted.
Exchanges
We will replace items that are defective or damaged due to
manufacturing or handling, at our discretion.

Warranty
Arteflame products are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase.
- This warranty applies to private, non-commercial use only. Commercial
use voids the warranty. - The warranty is non-transferable.
 - To file a claim, contact us for return authorization and follow the provided
instructions to ship the item to the Warehouse. - Shipping to and from Warehouse is the customer’s responsibility.
 - Items not manufactured by Supplier are covered by the original manufacturer (OEM) warranty.
 
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped,
our standard return policy applies.
Refused Shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur all shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
