Cancellations & Refunds

At Curated Outdoor Spaces, we aim to make your experience smooth from order to delivery. You may cancel your order anytime before it ships at no cost, unless the item is custom or made-to-order (see below).

Because our products come directly from various manufacturing partners, refund and return policies may vary by brand. Most brands offer a 30-day return window. For brand-specific details, please refer to product pages or reach out to us.

Order Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop shipment and issue a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, the return will be subject to return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. These items are built specifically to your specifications.

If you are unsure whether your item is custom, please contact us before placing your order.

All sales are final on custom and made-to-order products.


Backordered Items

A backordered item is an item not currently in stock that you have agreed to wait for.
Orders containing backordered items that are later cancelled are subject to a 3% processing fee, as our payment processor does not refund transaction fees.

Lead times are estimates and can change based on supplier production and freight conditions.


Refunds & Returns

In many cases, exchanges are allowed. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Return eligibility can vary depending on the brand and product. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer, and their return guidelines may differ. If you would like to confirm the return options for a specific item, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide details.

For large freight (LTL) shipments, additional carrier fees may apply. If you decide to return an item, a 25% processing fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to exchange the item for another product, we may be able to reduce or offset some of these costs depending on the replacement. Our team can assist you with the best available option.


Shipping Times

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping timelines are provided on each product page based on information from our suppliers and freight carriers. These estimates may occasionally change due to factors such as production schedules, carrier capacity, or general supply-chain conditions. If an update affects your order, we will keep you informed.

While delays can occur, we are committed to supporting you throughout the process and appreciate your patience and understanding.


Customer Responsibilities When Receiving Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to:

  1. Inspect all items upon delivery.

  2. Note and photograph any damage on the delivery receipt and send images/video to contact@curatedoutdoorspaces.com within 24 hours.

  3. Cover return shipping and reshipment fees for returns or exchanges.

  4. Understand that items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

  5. Understand that once an item ships, the order cannot be cancelled without return and restocking fees.


Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

Email photos of:
• The damage
• The packaging
• The product label/SKU

To contact@curatedoutdoorspaces.com within 24 hours of delivery.
We will file a freight damage claim on your behalf.


Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Please refer to the product page for warranty details. Warranty claims cover functional issues that occur over time, not damage on arrival.


BOGO Promotions

For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit equivalent to the standalone value of that item. Standard return shipping and restocking fees may apply.


Chargebacks

We are here to help. Filing a chargeback for issues we can resolve delays the process and may result in legal action if done fraudulently. Please contact us first so we can assist you.
