ELEMENTI WARRANTY:

Elementi 1-Year Limited Warranty
Ocean Rock USA INC., doing business as Elementi, provides a limited warranty for all Elementi fire features and accessories.
What is covered:
For one (1) year from the original purchase date, we warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use. If a defect occurs, Elementi will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost to you.
How to get warranty service:
To start a warranty claim, you must return the product to its original place of purchase. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the product, such as freight, removal, and reinstallation.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by shipping, abuse, or improper installation.
• Wear and tear, including dings, dents, scratches, fading, and natural weathering.
• Decorative rock.
• Minor imperfections typical of hand-finished cast concrete, such as minor chipping, water staining, and non-structural hairline cracks.
• Natural color and texture variations of the material.
• Damage from repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Elementi.
• Damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
Important details for installation:
All gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to maintain the warranty's validity.
About our concrete products:
Due to the hand-finished process of cast concrete, each product has a unique finish. This includes:
• Up to 15% color variation between units.
• Slightly uneven textures or patterns.
• Small holes in the surface caused by air or water during casting.
These are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered defects under this warranty.

Free standard shipping on qualifying orders (see product details for specifics). Orders typically Ship within 3-5 business days from payment. We ship via trusted ground carriers—and do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Canadian deliveries are fulfilled domestically to help avoid customs or brokerage fees. For any items listed with longer lead times, you’ll see this noted on the product page.

15-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elementi purchase. If you are not, you can return unused items in brand new, resalable condition within 15 days of delivery.
How to start a return:
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at contact@curatedoutdoorspaces.com with your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
Once we provide your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of your return package. The RMA number is valid for 15 days.
Ship the item to the address below. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund details:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We will process your refund within 15 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
The item must be returned with all original parts. Any significant missing parts will result in an additional deduction from your credit.
We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) shipments.
