All The Outdoor Plus Products are shipped out within 3-5 weeks and are Custom made to order. Every order is treated with precision to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. To maintain this standard, all delivery issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries Please inspect your shipment upon
arrival. If items are incorrect or damaged, notify us within 24–48 hours with your order details and photos if applicable. We will promptly arrange a
resolution or replacement to ensure your order is fulfilled accurately.
Freight Damage For freight deliveries, we strongly encourage inspecting
all items at the time of delivery. If visible damage is present, refuse the
shipment and report the issue immediately. Once notified, we’ll coordinate swift replacement to uphold the quality you expect.
White Glove Delivery White Glove Service is not provided by Curated Outdoor Spaces. Many of our products are substantial and may require multiple people for unloading and setup. If you need assistance, a third-party service will be required.
