At Curated Outdoor Spaces, we take shipping and handling seriously. Every order is treated with precision to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. To maintain this standard, all delivery issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt.
Qualifying Returns:
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or exchange an order, please contact us within 24–48 hours. Once production begins, only store credit will be available. Refund eligibility is carefully reviewed. Approved refunds are issued by check by default, or to your credit card with a 3% processing fee.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If items are incorrect or damaged, notify us within 24–48 hours with your order details and photos if applicable. We will promptly arrange a resolution or replacement to ensure your order is fulfilled accurately.
Freight Damage: For freight deliveries, we strongly encourage inspecting all items at the time of delivery. If visible damage is present, refuse the shipment and report the issue immediately. Once notified, we’ll coordinate a swift replacement to uphold the quality you expect.
White Glove Delivery: White Glove Service is not provided by Curated Outdoor Spaces. Many of our products are substantial and may require multiple people for unloading and setup. If you need assistance, a third-party service will be required.
