Hansø pergolas and outdoor products are built to last. Each piece is covered by our limited warranty, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects when properly installed and maintained. Natural variations and weathering are part of the product’s unique character and not considered defects.

Deliveries

All Hansø products are shipped via trusted third-party carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Customers will receive a notification once their order has dispatched, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange final delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for accepting deliveries and coordinating any re-delivery or collection if a delivery attempt is missed. Additional fees—such as storage, re-delivery, or handling charges—incurred due to failed delivery attempts or refusals will be the customer’s responsibility. Hansø reserves the right to withhold future deliveries until any outstanding charges are paid in full.
Manufacturing and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. While we strive to deliver promptly, Hansø cannot be held liable for shipping delays beyond our control.If you receive more items than invoiced or unexpected additional goods, please notify Hansø within 48 hours of delivery.

For international shipments, all tariffs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Rates and regulations may vary by country and are subject to change.

Cancellations:

Cancel free within 7 days before dispatch. After 7 days or post-shipping, a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations after dispatch also incur return shipping costs.
Missing or Damaged Items: Inspect all packages on delivery. Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 48 hours with photos.

Returns & Replacements:

Products must be returned in original, unused condition. Modifications or damage void eligibility. Hansø covers return shipping for faulty or incorrect products; returns due to change of mind are customer’s responsibility.
Refunds: Issued after inspection, minus delivery fees and a 15% restocking fee.
100-Day Trial: Return any product within 100 days in new, unused condition for any reason

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped,
our standard return policy applies.

Refused Shipments

Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur all shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
